Google Drive Site Hosting

You can now create sites in Search engines Generate, but it's just a nice trick, not a full-fledged function. To get started, create a new directory, right-click the directory and use the "share" function to create the directory public. All the information of the site you want to create will be placed inside this directory.

Unfortunately, you can't create the HTML, JS and CSS information in Search engines Generate using the standard applications, so you need install a third-party app like Generate Note pad, Neutron Generate or create these information using a native text manager or HTML manager. Ensure that you have all the required information, including a file named index.html. When you publish the information to the directory you've just created, turn off the transformation option.

Simply select the catalog.html file and then select the "Preview" key to see a live edition of your home-page. The information are organised at drive.google.com and have long URLs you can't personalize.

Another disadvantage is that you can create several information that have the same name, so a new edition of the catalog.html computer file doesn't substitute the current computer file, but it contributes a new computer file. You can always use the "manage revisions" option, but it would be awesome have a conventional directory function. For now, it's a wise decision to use the Google Sync apps
